"Follow Lamar" is an objective in the story mission Franklin and Lamar in Grand Theft Auto V
Walkthrough[edit]
You can hit the prompted button to have Franklin focus on Lamar. Head on out of Pacific Bluffs and up the first street on the right into Bay City Incline.
Here you are introduced to Franklin's special ability for this mission. This slowed time is trigger by driving against traffic, driving at high speeds and narrowly avoiding collisions.
Follow Lamar down the road to North Rockford Rd in Morningwood then into Rockford Hills. After a little he will take Franklin through Richards Majestic studio lot via Heritage Way thren back out to North Rockford Dr. Go across it to Red Desert Ave. A shortcut later and you are back on the Del Perro Fwy.
Make you way onto San Andreas Ave. Turn left on to Prosperity St and take it straight onto Vespucci Blvd. From there cut across Imagination Ct and Invention Ct to Palomino Ave, where you make a left. Keep on it until you get to Lindsay Circus, where you make a right. That is followed by a left onto Calais Ave. Take that until you get back to Vespucci Blvd, going until the La Puerta Fwy, which you go under.
Immediately after that make a left through the parking lot. This will get you into Downtown. From there just follow him through 1 more parking lot. That will get you to the next cutscene.
