"Follow the cargo plane close to the ground" is an objective in the story mission Minor Turbulence in Grand Theft Auto V.
Walkthrough[edit]
Hug low to the ground and head for the Cargo Plane that is circling Mount Chiliad. Keep low to the ground and steer with the rudders to avoid the chance of being detected. The Cargo Plane will follow the river and go out toward the sea. Keep on it. When you get close to the military base, keep low and do not fly over it. If you do, it is an instant fail. Take your time getting close to the Cargo Plane. This part is not short and it takes a while to pull off. When Ron announces you are clear of Military Airspace then you can gain altitude and the next part of the plan can begin.
