"Follow the vans via helicopter" is an objective in the story mission Surveying The Score in Grand Theft Auto V.
Walkthrough[edit]
When Trevor gets to the marker in Murrieta Heights, the security vans will be there. Lester will start filming the convoy's route. He wants to find a place where they will be without escape and there will be cover for the team.
The convoy will start moving. They will take a right on Popular St, turn left onto Capital Blvd, then go underneath the Olympic Freeway and turn left onto Adam's Apple Blvd. They will then take the next right, onto Sinner St, drive past San Andreas Ave and turn left onto Swiss St. They then go into a tunnel. If you are after Gold, then you should follow them in at least once.
The tunnels straight on for 2 blocks. They will continue on until Alta St. On Alta they will go to the left. From there they will reach the place where Michael and Franklin are waiting.
