It is not a long drive to go from Franklin's House to get to Grove St.
Once there head for the marked house. Lamar will try a sample, then Trevor will ask for a taste from the other side of the brick. This gives up their game to rip off Lamar with a thin layer over drywall. The seller calls out and brings down the gang on them.
