There's a dune buggy parked at nearby the start of this jump, to the Southeast of it. Start on the dirt road South of the Landing Strip for the Sandy Shores Airport. Head straight on toward the landing strip from the hill. You will see a mound of rocks with a slope on its Southern side. Hit the slope to take off toward the airport. Just land on or near the landing strip to complete the jump.
