You can find this Hitch hiker out on Mount Chiliad with a red backpack. She will ask you to stop and take her to her nearby villa. It is something of a drive but she makes for very interesting conversation along the way. She lives on Mount Gordo Rd nearby the lighthouse Stunt jump.
