You can find this Bride trying desperately to hitch hike in Grand Zacundo Valley. She will quickly hop in and then you can be off. She realized she couldn't spend the rest of her life her to-be groom.
About a mile down the road, the groom will start coming after you. He will ram your car with his. There is a quick way to deal with him. Stop just ahead of him. When he gets out of his car, a Patriot SUV, that is your signal to gun it away from him. Do not run him over! Avoid him and just drive away.
After a short while you will see the yellow route to the Bride's home appear. Just follow it on there to complete the random event.
