There are multiple Police Cruisers in the vicinity of the airport. If you break into the Tarmac, those cruisers are quickly dispatched to chase you. You also get an automatic 3 Stars Wanted Level. In addition, firing any rocket from any aircraft while at the runways of the airport will instantly result in a 5 Stars Wanted Level.
