Walkthrough[edit]
Head into the alley at this intersection. You will see a man being held up at gunpoint. You can either charge in with your car and run down the mugger or just snipe him the the alley entrance.
Shooting the mugger can be tricky as he sometimes shoots the victim before you can get him. This is why sniping is recommended. Running him down is very satisfying as well.
