Walkthrough[edit]
Look along the Northern side of Vespucci Blvd. There you can see a Mugger attack and steal a woman's wallet. They start running away on foot. A good way to handle this is take your vehicle off-road and run him down. If he survives that, gun him down. He's packing a gun so he'll start shooting at you if he survives being run over.
Once you have the wallet, shown as a green blip on the Minimap, you can take it back to the owner.
