This jump is a massive pile of dirt just off Paleto Blvd. Start the run with your vehicle right against the stack of pipes near the gated entrance. Blast on up the ramp, with some focus on the left. You need to jump over the construction yard fence, an exceptionally short wall and land in the alleyway just past of it. You can skid over the wall and not suffer for it. When you land, immediately slam on the brakes to avoid going into said wall!
