"Pull over the cars and take them" is an objective in the story mission I Fought The Law ... in Grand Theft Auto V.
Walkthrough[edit]
The game will change you over to Trevor and Michael who are dressed as cops. The pair take off after their targets. After a short while you will hear Trevor talking about one of them being on the wrong side of the road. Follow him in through the tunnel if you want to go for the Gold.
After that you have an extended chase. The trustfund kids don't stop for a long time. Michael and Trevor need to stay on them for the whole while. When they start using the loud speaker then the end is getting closer. When you make it to Raton Canyon then you have finished this out. They will finally pull over.
