In the mission Friend Request, Michael meets him in the Rear Entrance and convinces him he is from the IT support department to gain access to the Lifeinvader Building
Michael then helps Rickie get rid of popups on his computer using an Antivirus, before proceeding to sabotage the Prototype Phone
