Head for this one as Michael after starting the Solomon Mission line. Anyone else will immediately get a 2 Star Wanted Level. Head through the gates at Industry Passage and turn to the left immediately. Head down that alley and climb on up onto the rooftop of the building to find the Spaceship Part.
