While you are driving along North Rockford Dr and cross into Richman there is a chance you will come across this event. There is a very nice bike that is speeding away and its own is chasing after it.
Take off after the thief. While you can gun down the thief, it is recommended to just knock him off. This will avoid the chance of a wanted level and ensure you can return the bike to its owner. Bring it back and he will be grateful.
