While driving along Route 68, look for the man tied to the post in pink panties. Get out of your car and head over to him. He will beg you to let him go. He's got a wedding to go to and only has so long to get there.
First you will need to take him to his Vinewood Hills home. He will dash in there to get cleaned up and changed. As you drive there you'll that the best man of the wedding was responsible for this prank. When you make it to the house, the groom will dash into the house to get changed. Get out of your car and into the Super Diamond that's nearby. This will be yours.
Once the groom comes out you will need to grab the best man. Follow the marked route over to Hookie's on the Great Ocean Highway. Once there you will find the best man waiting with the rings. Wait for him to get in. After that you are off to the nearby church on Procopio Dr. Enjoy the closing scene then drive off in the Super Diamond.
