"Tail the architect and get the plans" is an objective in the story mission Architect's Plans in Grand Theft Auto V.
Walkthrough[edit]
After the text and call from Franklin to Michael, the scene changes to Franklin. He is at the construction site. Head on in and start toward the red car. You will be given a hard hat by the watchmen in the booth. Just follow the Architect after that.
