This starts a quest called The Golden Claw
The Golden Claw can then be found in Bleak Falls Barrow, you have to kill Arvel the Swift to get it[1]
It can then be used to open a door to the Bleak Falls Sanctum. The door is a rings puzzle door. The combination to that door, from outer to inner, is Bear, Butterfly, Owl
