The blade forged by Muramasa centuries ago shared its creator's madness with anyone wielding the sword.

Part of the quest in low town, the person asking for both hilt and shards is at the waypoint entrance.
Get the Muramasa Blade Shards, and you just meet them (yukio?) and they give you an artifact: Yukio's Charm
How to find Blade and Hilt[edit]
Muramasa Hilt is found around Lowtown if you look at the map when you get there it'll show yellow arrows leading to them
Same with Muramasa Blade Shards
Both are in random location since maps are randomly generated.
