The Retcon Device is a Item in the Marvel Heroes Game
If you decide that you don't like your current power point allocation, you can use a Retcon Device to refund all of your power points and then reassign them.
You can find a Retcon Device as a drop from enemies in the game, or by purchasing one from the Store (press X to visit the store).
