The Cryo Bay of Ark Hyperion in Mass Effect: Andromeda.
This section of the ship is where the Cryogenic Chamber is in which colonists are suspended in deep hibernation until the Hyperion reaches the Andromeda Galaxy.
This is also where the colonists wake up and get their initial medical examination.

- At the beginning of the game, while Ryder is being examined by Dr. Lexi T'Perro, this area loses gravity until Lieutenant Cora Harper comes and fixes the situation.
