Cobwebs which clog the long-abandoned parts of the Metro and the surface world in Metro: Last Light.
Effects of the Cobwebs[edit]
When Artyom walks through a cobweb, his movement will be slowed down to a crawl as he struggles through the thick fibers.
This can be avoided by burning through or walking around the cobwebs.
Burning the Cobwebs[edit]
Artyom can burn through the cobwebs with his lighter, keeping him from being slowed down when walking through them.
Spiders[edit]
Small spiders can live in the cobwebs, and will crawl over Artyom's visor when he walks through their home.
To get rid of the spider, hit LB or L2 to wipe off the visor, knocking the spider to the ground.
