Xel (pronounced "cell") is a special form of energy in the game Mighty No. 9

When Beck kills enemies with certain weapons or hits enemies in their weak spots, one of the three types of "Xel" can be exposed.
Beck can then quickly sap and store that Xel energy, and unleash it via one of his Xel skills.
