You can often see Cutiefly around the flower beds at the research camp. They just love the flowers here. I've heard that they can tell which flowers are about to bloom by reading their auras.

3 Star - Scan the TV in side the lab for it to appear. After that, wake up Eevee and hit the Cutiefly with Illumina Orbs to start a chase. At the end of the chase, hit Eevee with an Illumina Orb then take a photo.
4 Star - On Route 1, throw Illumina Orbs at the ones in the bushes. Then, play the Melody to get a photo of them.
