• In the level, look for the Lanturn when descending in the underwater element and hit it with an Illumina Orb.
• After that, free the Lanturn from the Frillish.
• The Lanturn will take the Photographer down a secret path to reach Lugia, who is asleep.
• Lugia will reappear at the end of the stage, swimming around.
