I was all ready to snap a photo of Mandibuzz, but then Onix popped up out of nowhere! I bet you'd be surprised if that happened, too!
Research Requests[edit]
- Start Sweltering Sands Day Level 3 and go through it along the path to the Oasis.
- Reaching the base of the dune in front of the Oasis, use the Scanner.
- This will reveal the alternate path going to the right toward the sleeping Tyranitar.
- Go around the Oasis and begin going down the next dune past it.
- Reaching the bottom of this sliding slope, look to the right and up to the rock shelf above you.
- On this rock shelf, there are 3 Mandibuzz.
- Lob Fluffruit at each of the 3 Mandibuzz to hit each.
- Turn to the left-hand side of the path, with the hanging rock.
- Below the hanging rock is an Onix, but on top of it is an Mandibuzz.
- Hit it with a Fluffruit to have it fly off.
- Look toward the exit of the course.
- Turn around and look back along the path.
- There you will see the 3 flying Mandibuzz with an Onix just behind them.
- Watch the sands for a cloud and then an Onix will jump out of the sand.
- Get photos of the airborne Onix with the Mandibuzz in frame as well.
