Allows user to mine with less interruptions, and with a vastly reduced sensation of burning.

- The beam coolant system upgrades stack. So for example if you have Beam Coolant System Sigma, and then get Beam Coolant System Tau, keep Sigma to get a boost and place the Tau touching the Sigma in your inventory. Do the same for the Theta upgrade.
