- On playstation, press L1 to activate
- Requires blueprint to build.
- You get blueprint on a mission where you get a distress call.
- If you accidentally skip that mission try checking manufacturing facilities and operation centers for the blueprint.
- You can also upgrade your multi-tool to one that already has a plasma launcher built-in to one of its slots.
