Your new place looks great Boss! Now we can expand our operations. You can now establish a Pizzeria. It serves as a front for our illicit activities and will boost the Efficiency of all our Joints including the Speakeasy.
Even though the Pizzeria looks like a respectable business the locals will become suspicious. They may even believe that that there's something nasty and dangerous going on. As a result your Feared rating will increase.
