“A Blade in the Dark” is the Seventh Main Story Quest in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
You get “A Blade in the Dark” after completing the quest “The Horn of Jurgen Windcaller”.

Follow Delphine through the Inn and down into the room she has hidden underneath it. Talk with her about what she is doing and learn some about why she is interested in the Dragonborn. There's something about devouring Dragon Souls in there. Delphine will then
Before you head for the Burial site, take a moment to visit High Hrothgar. Going back will get you all the words to Unrelenting Force
Time to head for the Dragon Burial Site near Kynesgrove. Head over to Kynesgrove. As you approach the Inn, Iddra will come running out. She explains that she saw a dragon fly over and land on the nearby Dragon Mound. Delphine will come out next and explain that you should follow her up the hill to the Dragon Mound. She wants to see you absorb a Dragon Soul. Head up the hill behind Kynesgrove behind her. This will lead you to the dragon mound:
There you will hear, more than see Alduin raise another dragon: Sahloknir. Time for the Dragonborn to fight another Dragon.
After a bit of talking between the Dragons, Sahloknir will take to the air. At this point, the battle will begin. He will fly, land and shout. Occasionally expect him to make a bite or swipe attack. Once in a while, in the air, he will loose his Frost Breath shout to strafe the area. Take cover when this happens or just keep on the move and go perpendicular to his attack.
Now how you hurt this dragon. Whenever Sahloknir lands, move in and attack. If you have a bow and lots of arrows then start and keep attacking him in the area. The same applies for Destruction Mages: blast away at range.
After the Battle and seeing the dragon's soul be absorbed then Delphine will open up. She will explain that she is part of The Blades. They are an order of Dragon Slayers. She explains things as she knows them. Go through all the options and things will move on. After that, Delphine will tell you to meet her back at the Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood.
