Addition - East Wing - Library is a schematic in Skyrim: Hearthfire. It is used by the Player Housing system.
Add the East Wing Library using the Drafting Table. You can only add one East Wing section to a house.
You can only expand your house with new wings after completing the Main Hall
The library has bookshelves where you can store books you have collected.
