Brand-Shei is a Dark Elf NPC in Skyrim.

Brand-Shei was adopted by Argonians at a very young age. He originates from Morrowind but his lineage is largely unknown to himself and his parents. It is said that he has ties, by birth, to House Telvanni.
When Brand-Shei is jailed at the conclusion of A Chance Arrangement it seems to be permanent.
