Dravynea's Frost Salts is a Radiant Quest in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
This quest can be obtained and completed multiple times & each time you will receive the training. An unofficial skyrim patch can fix this.

Walkthrough[edit]
Dravynea the Stoneweaver will ask the Dragonborn to bring her some Frost Salts so she can make a potion to tolerate the heat inside the mine better. By some, she means 1 pile of Frost Salts
Frost Salts can be obtained a number of ways: Defeating a Frost Atronach, samples can be found in the College of Winterhold if you are a member, creating some at the Atronach Forge
