Etienne Rarnis is a Breton rogue who was captured by the Thalmor to learn more about the Dragon's return.
His future attitude is determined by his first impression of you. If you rescued him (sneaking in or just cutting your way through the guards), he is very grateful. If you posed as an interrogator, he is angry at you. He is indifferent if he was ignored.
