Jiub's Opus (Page 8) is a quest item in Skyrim: Dawnguard. It is needed to complete Impatience of a Saint

To find Jiubs Opus page #8, find the stairs between two green orbs close to the starting area of the Soul Cairn. Those green orbs are making a magic barrier. You have to either cast an offensive spell at the orbs, or shoot arrows at them, to bring the magic barrier down.[1]
