Head into Dawnstar. You can find Beitild easily enough with the quest marker on her. Otherwise, expect her to be near her smelter, inside her house (in the morning) or nearby her mine: Iron Breaker.
If you provoke her into attacking you using the Dark Brotherhood quest dialogue, the guards will attack and kill her.
