Kjeld is a Nord NPC in Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Kjeld is the leader of the settlement, Kynesgrove and the owner of Steamscorch Mine.
Kjeld will send thugs after the Dragonborn if they steal from Kynesgrove. He, and Gemma Uriel will both immediately attack if they see you wearing a Hooded Thalmor Uniform. He will also reward the Dragonborn for killing Tormir in Darkwater Crossing.
