Leek is a food in Skyrim. Eat it to restore a small amount hf health. You can harvest leek from Leek plants across Skyrim, for example in the Snow-Shod Farm.
Some NPCs, such as Addvild, will pay a little gold for each leek you sell to them.
Leek is also one of the ingredients to cook Vegetable Soup
