Lunar Forge is a location in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim found in Silent Moons Camp and various other random locations.
This forge functions like any other. The unique element are the Lunar Weapons that are found around it. While you cannot forge a weapon with the enchantment here, there is something else you are meant to do. Grab one or all of the weapons. Head to an Arcane Enchanter and disenchant the weapon to learn the Lunar Enchantment.
While the books on the Lunar forge say the weapons have a health leeching effect, they do no. These weapons simply do more damage at night.
