Find Unusual Gem[edit]

Find any of the gems below. They are well scattered throughout Skyrim and many are in obvious places. They are initially called Unusual Gems. As a quest item they cannot be removed from your inventory.

Talk with Maul[edit]

When you enter Riften for the first time, you will encounter Maul. While talking with him, ask about the unusual gem. He will direct you to Vex. You must be a member of the Thieves' Guild to advance this game. You must complete at least A Chance Arrangement
