Walkthrough[edit]
Return to the College of Winterhold (or Saarthal if you are between finishing Hitting the Books and beginning Under Saarthal) and talk with Tolfdir. He will lecture you and then insist that you pay a fine to lift your suspension.
The fine scales dependent on the number of incidents. The first will cost 250. The second will increase to 500. The third brings it to 750. The fourth, and every incident after, will cost 1,000 gold.
