Roggi Knot-Beard is a Nord NPC in Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

Roggi Knot-Beard is a very friendly sort of Nord. He works in the Steamscorch Mine or in the mining camp outside of the Inn. He's an expert of mead (from a life-time of personally studying it). He is also an excellent story teller. Still, he is stubborn and insist he will pay his tab one day even though the barkeep Iddra is willing to forgive it for everything else he does.
