This will the Dragonborn right to the Skuldafn Temple.

Once inside the temple, deal with the Restless Draugr and the Draugr Wights in yiour way and get to the first big chamber. Here you will find the first Skuldafn Turn-Stone Puzzle:

Skuldafn Turn-Stone Puzzle.

Once you solve the puzzle head through the now open door to the Northwest. Go on up the stairs into the next room. There are more Draugr to deal with on the level below you. Deal with them and head through the door to the North. Follow the corridor as it winds through the next part of the Temple. Expect a few Frostbite Spiders. Go through the Iron door to find the next room.

Inside this room is the Skuldafn Upper Turn-Stone Puzzle:

Skuldafn Upper Turn-Stone Puzzle.

Solve it and you will have access to the second part of the Skuldafn Temple. In here you will find more Draugr Wights to deal with. Go up the stairs and turn to the right. Head through the corridor and deal with the pair of Draugr waiting there for you. Go across the walkway to the base of a stairscase. Take a moment to loot the shelves behind the stairs. Collect what you can then head on up them.

At the top of the stairs you will find more Draugr waiting for you. Defeat them then head into the Southern portion of this room. Turn left and you will find a lever:

Pull the Lever

Pull the lever to raise up the door to the North of you. Head on through the corridor as it winds to the East. Be mindful of traps as there is inflammable liquid on the floor. You will see a Claw door ahead and encounter a Draugr Wight Lord. To continue forward, this foe must be defeated and looted. It possesses the Diamond Claw which you need to figure out the next door, the Diamond Claw Puzzle:

The Diamond Claw Puzzle

Solve it and head on through the door. Look for the skeleton ahead on the left. It is just sitting in a chair. Opposite it you will find the Word Wall for Storm Call. Collect this word of power then head around the corner ahead to the right and up the stairs. Head on past the burnt corpse and go on up the stairs. Head out to the second part of Skuldafn.

Just outside things get more challenging. There are more Draugr and a Dragon waiting outside the door. Head over to the left and go on up the stairs. There is a column of fire jetting up into the sky:

The Port to Sovngarde

Approach the pillar. There the Dragonborn will find Nahkriin. This Dragon Priest serves Alduin. He is moving to close the portal to Sovngarde. If one is very quick then it is possible to kill him before he can close the portal. That or just run up the stairs and jump into the portal. Given that you have one chance to visit the area it is better to take on the fight.

The fight is against Nahkriin and 2 Dragons. The dragons will sit on the sides until provoked. If they are triggered early, it is better to focus on them as they present the biggest threat. Use Dragonrend to quickly bring the dragon down to the ground. After that just focus on that dragon. Use the arches and altar to gain cover as needed from the foes in the area.

if the portal to Sovngarde closes before you can enter it then the Dragon Priest Staff is needed. Interact with the top of the Altar to open the path into Sovngarde.
