Wayshrine of Learning is a location in Skyrim: Dawnguard.
It is one of the Wayshrines you need to find in the quest Touching the Sky.

In the Forgotten Vale, go southwest from where you found the Wayshrine of Sight. Follow the road up the mountains, then swim in the river up until you see a wayshrine on the river bank to the left. Climb out of the river and towards the wayshrine.[1].
