“Where You Hang Your Enemy's Head” is a Dark Brotherhood Faction Quest in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

As you finish talking with Nazir you will hear from the Night Mother. Head over to her and hear her out. She has some tasks for you, this will begin the radiant quest: The Dark Brotherhood Forever. Head outside after all this.
When you emerge you will be greeted by Cicero, if you spared him. He will greet you and then become available as a Follower.
Make your way to the Ragged Flagon in Riften. In the main part you will find Delvin Mallory. Talk with him and choose the option, "Can you repair and refit the Dawnstar Sanctuary?"
He offers a number of options. To get all the upgrades will cost 19,000:
- New Banners for 1,000
- Poisoner's Nook for 5,000
- Torture Chamber for 5,000
- Secret Entrance for 5,000 (Found just outside Dawnstar, to the West)
- Master Bedroom for 3,000 (only available after other upgrades have been purchased)
Having the Torture Chamber will allow you to find Hidden Treasures by beating up and attacking people who are in the chamber. By talking with them 4 times, they will reveal the location of a hidden treasure. Hunt it down to collect between 1,000-2,000 septims per.
The Master Bedroom offers a Maniquine that has some Shrouded Armor Set Pieces.
