Wilhelm is a kind person. He encourages Lynly Star-Sung, his bar maid, to keep playing and performing. He occasionally has some Black-Briar Mead smuggled into his tavern for sale.
IF you complete Lifting the Shroud, talk with him again. He will award you the Sapphire Dragon Claw. This Claw is needed to further explore Shroud Hearth Barrow.
