"Find Varona" is an objective in the main/side/misc quest "Reluctant Steward" in Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Dragonborn.
Walkthrough[edit]
Having learned of her disappearance, it is time to start the search for Varona Nelas. Go outside of Neloth's section of this settlement and head either to the left (the Apothecary) or right (the Kitchen).
With the Apothecary, go on inside and talk with Elynea Mothren. She will tell you that Varona left for Raven Rock hours ago.
Going and talk with the cook, Ulves Romran. He will also tell you that Varona left for Raven Rock a few hours ago.
Find Varona - Reluctant Steward
A map marker will appear now that you have spoken to either Ulves or Elynea. Make your way toward the Sun Stone. Head to the Northwest from the Tel Mithryn.
When you get close to the marker, you will see 3 Ash Spawn standing over the body of Varona. Defeat them then head over to the body.
You will find the corpse of Varona where the Ash Spawn had been standing. Never a good thing for finding the Steward.
