"Talk to Frea" is the first and last objective in the quest "The Temple of Miraak" in Skyrim: Dragonborn.
Walkthrough[edit]
Talk to Frea at the Temple of Miraak to learn more about her, and about the catastrophe that her struck her people, the Skaal.
Once the dialog is complete, this quest objective is also completed and progresses to the next objective, to Find the source of Miraak's power
Where is Frea?[edit]
Frea should be just near where you entered the Temple of Miraak area, go down some stairs into what appears to be a circular outdoor auditorium. She should be there. Frea is an essential character meaning she could not have been killed by a dragon or something. If you still cannot see here, set the main quest to trackable and use your compass to locate Frea.
Later in the quest, when you have to talk to her again, she should be standing near the Black Book
