"Talk to Storn" is an objective in the main quest "The Gardener of Men" in Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Dragonborn.
Walkthrough[edit]
Interact with the Black Book Epistolary Acumen to be taken out of the Oblivion and be returned to Mundus. Be sure to wait a while for Hermaues Mora to finish talking. The Epistolary Acumen will release 3 motes of light. Each of these will grant you a Power. You can only have 1 activate at a time from this book. Once you have chosen a power, you can return to Solstheim.
You will return to Mundus and be back where you were with Neloth. he will be surprised at what Mora is asking for but will return to Tel Mithryn to start working on locating more the Black Books.
Going outside Nchardak, you will be attacked by a Dragon, a named one Krosulhah. Like always, this can be a difficult fight. Be sure to use the cover that is scattered around the area, namely the domed portions of the walkway to hide from the attacks of this Frost Dragon. Defeat it and then head for the Skaal Village.
Once in the village, find and talk with Storn Crag-Strider. For this to go forward, you will need to complete the side quest: Cleansing the Stones. Only then will he feel strong enough to confront Hermaeus Mora.
With the quest, Cleansing the Stones completed, return to Storn Crag-Strider. He will agree to help you and offer up the knowledge that Heraeus Mora is after so you can confront Miraak.
