"Talk to Tharstan" is an objective in the main/side/misc quest "Lost Legacy" in Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Dragonborn.
Walkthrough[edit]
Inside Vahol's Tomb go down the hallway to the first turn. Tharstan is waiting there for you. After that, follow him to the first room top begin the puzzles of this dungeon.
